An apprenticeship program is a structured learning program that combines theoretical learning with hands-on experience in the workplace. If successfully completed, the apprenticeships result in a qualification registered in the NQ. SETAs also subsidize theoretical training provided by an accredited training organization and, in some cases, learners` benefits or scholarships.
